A community committed to education

In 1999 Mrs. Estela María Irrera de Pallaro, backed up and encouraged by her experience in founding and developing a comprehensive educational project, creates a new school with the aim of improving the institution objectives in a place where families can not only find peace and privacy but also a space in contact with nature.

The school mission is to teach students to interact and adapt to a complex social environment in which they need numerous tools to be able to succeed, accompanied by a teaching staff permanently trained. For this purpose, with a history of more than three decades, the school provides a demanding education that not only abides by academic aspects but expects to educate upright people as well.

Southern International School develops the students' capacities through different activities so that they can interact with full independence and freedom in today's society.

International Baccalaureate Programme

International Schools want their students to complete their studies hand in hand with this organization. Born in Geneva, Switzerland, these programmes, which demand a strong commitment from teachers and heads, are worldwide recognized by their excellent quality.

To belong to or to be a member of this organization implies meeting certain requirements such as having fully equipped experimental sciences laboratories, where the students acquire and handle different research techniques in order to apply them in class in a practical manner, which will help them achieve a better understanding of all kinds of topics, easy or complex.
