Al Faris provides an enriching, challenging and supportive learning environment that allows each student to fulfill his/ her own individual potential. We have an experienced international staff including teachers from Saudi Arabia, the Middle East Region, South Africa, Asia, Europe and the USA.

Our curriculum meets international standards and includes the core subjects of English, math, sciences, social studies/history as well as Arabic, French, computer studies, robotics, art, and physical education in a transdisciplinary learning framework for the PYP and disciplinary and interdisciplinary learning in the MYP and DP.

We strive to give our students a comprehensive educational experience which will prepare them to be effective contributors in today's global arena as well as life-long learners. To this aim, we continuously keep informed of the latest educational programs and trends worldwide and implement those which we feel effective in order to give students the best in global education. Examples include the Lucy Calkins Writing Workshop and the Daily 5 Literacy Program. At the same time, we offer a strong Arabic language program as well as Islamic studies, thus maintaining the balance between our world outreach and our cultural heritage.
