Association International School (AIS) is a Unique, Private, Pre-K to 12th Grade Independent Day and Boarding School, serving the local Ghanaian and expatriate communities. Under the leadership of the Head of School, AIS is divided into four sections: Early Childhood, Lower School, Lower and Upper Secondary Divisions.

Our School is based on a firm foundation of Christian values; students are encouraged to demonstrate empathy, ethical behavior, integrity, discipline, and service. We offer a strong academic program that incorporates creative problem-solving, cooperation and group interaction, an appreciation of culture as well as healthy emotional and physical growth. All of these facets are designed to help our students become well-rounded and better prepared for the rigors of College/University.

As an IB World School, we offer the IB Diploma Programme, and we are now a candidate school, offering the Middle Years Programme (MYP) 1 to 5.

Our team of IB educators are recruited worldwide for their expertise and international experience.

The Early Childhood Program offers a structured and enjoyable start to school life in a warm, and nurturing environment.

The Lower School offers a full range of activities beyond the classroom. Students have the opportunity to participate in enrichment activities.

AIS is committed to providing a high quality and challenging international education for our students in the Secondary Divisions. Our students graduate with an IB Diploma.

We are keen on strengthening learning, international mindedness and diversity throughout the entire school community. Students learn how to think for themselves and take responsibility for their own learning through an inquiry-led approach by teachers. We are passionate about promoting the holistic development of the students to ensure that they fit anywhere in the competitive world and have a unique niche.

At AIS, our school philosophy is to educate the whole child; we place great emphasis on the role of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Our musical productions which are in collaboration with the Accra Symphony Orchestra are overwhelmingly received by the audience. The students' theatre performances are comparable to similar performances globally.

Our 5-acre campus is located in the prime Airport Residential Area, five minutes away from the Kotoka International Airport and fifteen minutes away from the Accra Central Business District.

AIS graduating students have consistently achieved outstanding results, scoring well above the world average in the IB Diploma and achieving acceptances and scholarships to prestigious Universities including Johns Hopkins University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Southampton, Queens's University and University of Strathclyde.
