Founded in 1993, Huijia is a bilingual and bicultural boarding school with 3 IB authorized programs providing an innovative, internationally focused education within a caring community.

Located in the suburb of Beijing, Huijia's campus features beautiful grounds and facilities, allowing students to have very enriching learning experiences. Huijia has a wide range of sports facilities including 5 indoor gyms, 2 swimming pools, an equestrian center, an ice hockey arena, a fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, an outdoor golf drive range and a soccer field. Students can learn a wide variety of sports during P.E. lessons or at after-school club lessons.

Huijia has more than 300 educators from about 15 countries working collaboratively to help each child reach his or her own potential. Our inquiry-based integrated curriculum equips children with knowledge and skills to learn, think, cooperate, and become a lifelong learner.

Huijia is also committed to a bilingual and bicultural approach to education. Learning opportunities in and beyond the school community are developed at Huijia to support both mother tongue and second language learning and to promote cross- cultural understanding.

The school provides a full range of boarding facilities to ensure that our students can grow in a safe and nurturing environment. At the boarding school, life skills teachers conduct lessons to promote holistic development.

As one of the earliest IB world schools in China, Huijia is proud to have nurtured about 3000 IBDP graduates who have entered top-100 universities and colleges across the world. More importantly, they remain life-long learners in their future development and promote understanding of different cultures.
