WHO WE ARE

The MPESA Foundation Academy is a state of the art, co-educational and residential High school offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), and Middle Years Programme (IBMYP).

Driven by leadership, technology and innovation, the Academy serves talented but economically disadvantaged students with demonstrated leadership potential.

The school offers a world-class, well-rounded learning environment to develop future leaders. The Academy places great emphasis on the holistic development of all our learners not just in academics but also in innovation, technology, sports, the arts, outdoor pursuits, and community service. Learners are exposed to the latest technology as part of the day-to-day teaching. The school focuses on moulding future leaders and entrepreneurs by incorporating the core values of Curiosity, Leadership, Accountability, Innovation, Responsible Citizenship and Excellence (CLAIRE) as well as the IB Learner Profile attributes into every sphere of learning within the Academy.

Our Vision is to develop transformational leaders who strive for excellence and success for themselves, their communities, and the world.

Our Mission is to deliver an innovative world class education through a holistic curriculum so that our learners are principled, reflective, and open-minded.

Through our programmes, we nurture active, compassionate, and successful lifelong learners.

MPESA FOUNDATION ACADEMY STUDENT LIFE

MPESA Foundation Academy residential life caters for students' life outside the teaching curriculum. The residential life comprises of staff members drawn from several departments which include boarding life, clinic, counselling, leadership, sports, mentorship, child safeguarding and protection. The Director of Student Life works with all team members in ensuring that students develop holistically. This includes students' physical and psychological well-being together with a highly nutritious diet which makes them feel at home while they are in their residences. Residential life offers learners an opportunity to nurture their leadership skills and qualities, too. Students are attached to internal and external mentors who prepare them for life within and after school.

Child safeguarding and protection procedures are also put in place to protect learners from harm within and outside of the Academy.

TERTIARY PROGRAM
