Leadership Practices & International Mindedness

Mashrek guides students to become leaders who help create a better world. Students are exposed to a variety of experiences in which they practice community service with local and international organizations, while learning to investigate, plan, take actions, find solutions and reflect. They develop their emotional, physical and social skills through sports, music, drama and visual arts.

Staff Professional Development

Professional development is aligned with the appraisal system and professional growth. The school offers specialized in-school training on research-based practices in education. Teachers participate in international workshops organized by accredited organizations, while some undergo a process that qualifies them to become IB workshop leaders.

Partnership with Parents

Parents are key participants within the school community, which is achieved through the Mashrek Parent Ambassadors and the Parent Consultation Committee.
