Sheikh Zayed International Academy is a renowned International Academic Institution for students of Nursery (EY1) to Grade 12 (DP2). Housed in 2003, on a spacious green area of six main buildings and two hostel boarding schools, the Academy is both a dynamic IB continuum school and a British curriculum institution as such. Offering both the IB and British curricula, SZIA stands as one of the most distinguished Academic institutions in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Academy is led by Mrs. Wafaa Abdul Ghaffar, an Academic Consultant and Educationalist, along with a five-member Board of Trustees from the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, the United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Zayed International Academy is a non- profit private co-educational international school of premium quality education and a state of the art campus that operates in Islamabad under the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates.

Sheikh Zayed International Academy is the only IB World School in Islamabad which enjoys continuum accreditation of all three IB programs, namely, DP, MYP and PYP, and which offers simultaneously the IB, the British and the American curricula from Grades 9 to 12. SZIA is a member of the IB PAK Association, with an honor of having the Principal Mrs. Wafaa Abdul Ghaffar being the Chairperson of the IB Pakistan Association comprising nineteen IB schools in Pakistan. SZIA is also accredited by Cambridge and Pearson, Edexcel, British UK Boards of Examination and is affiliated with NESA, World Wildlife Fund, Kangourou Sans Frontieres-Pakistan, Drug free Pakistan foundation, Microsoft, Clean Green Punjab Index launched by CM Punjab.
