Founded in 1970 by Dr. Rüstem EYÜBOGLU, Eyüboglu Educational Institutions (EEI) is a group of private co-educational schools offering bilingual pre K–12 education. EEI is comprised of six kindergartens, four elementary schools, three middle schools, one high school, and one science & technology high school located in different districts in Istanbul with its friendly, welcoming and green campuses.

Eyüboglu Educational Institutions is the first Turkish school accredited by CIS. EEI has been an IB World School since September 1996, and are the first Turkish school authorized to offer all three IB programmes; IB PYP, IB MYP, and IB DP in grades pre K–12.

The school's internationally recognized high standards of academic excellence enable Eyüboglu graduates to further their studies both in prestigious universities in Turkey and in the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.

The school philosophy is based on academic excellence, international-mindedness and social awareness. Students are encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, and hence become innovative, lifelong learners. In addition to a heavy focus on IB qualifications, great importance is given to teaching foreign languages as stated in the school's mission to raise international-minded, bilingual students. We lead our students to English, German and Spanish proficiency exams such as Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, FIT and DELE.

Eyüboglu Educational Institutions have state-of-the-art learning facilities such as fully-equipped classrooms, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry Virtual Reality Labs, and theatre halls. The school libraries hold a distinctive collection of 150,000+ volumes which makes EEI unique among K–12 schools in Turkey. Besides, the first Observatory in K–12 schools was established by Eyüboglu Schools on its Çamlica campus. Today, Eyüboglu has two observatories and a planetarium that provide outstanding learning experiences for all students.

Besides academic studies, Eyüboglu gives great importance to the social development of its students. Not only does it offer physical facilities such as swimming pools, art studios, gyms, sports fields, pitches, and courts on its campuses, but also it offers various social clubs in diverse areas such as sports, arts, music, science, technology, and humanities. Over a hundred social clubs include but are not limited to basketball, athletics, volleyball, tennis, golf, archery, water polo, horse riding, fencing, dance, drama, ceramics, MUN, DI, Astronomy, Artificial Intelligence, TedX, Machine Learning, Young Entrepreneurs. EEI hosts the longest running Annual International Theory of Knowledge Youth and Culture Conference in the world. As of 2025, the 21st TOK Conference will be held.

Admission to Eyüboglu is offered based on school administered interviews up to grade 4 and a written examination and interview for upper grades. All students including Eyüboglu Middle School graduates are expected to meet the admission requirements to continue to Eyüboglu High School following Turkish Ministry of Education regulations. Admitted students to high school are among the top scorers of national entrance exam takers.
