Founded in 1970 by Dr. Rüstem EYÜBOGLU, Eyüboglu Educational Institutions (EEI) are a group of private co-educational schools offering bilingual pre K-12 education.

Eyüboglu Schools are comprised of six kindergartens, four elementary schools, three middle, one high school and one science and technology high school. All Eyüboglu Schools are accredited by CIS.

Eyüboglu Schools have been an IB World School since September 1996, and are the first Turkish school authorized to offer all three IB programs; IB PYP, IB MYP, and IB DP in grades K-12. Eyüboglu Schools are authorized in:

1996 IB Diploma Programme (Grades 11 - 12)

2002 IB Middle Years Programme (Grades 5 - 10)

2005 IB Primary Years Programme (Grades PreK - 4)

With this unique feature, the school's internationally recognized high standards of academic excellence enables Eyüboglu graduates to further their studies both in the prestigious universities in Turkey and in the US, Canada, UK and Europe.

The school philosophy is based on academic excellence, internationalism, inter-culturalism, and social awareness. Students are encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, and hence become innovative, lifelong learners. In addition to a heavy focus on IB qualifications, great importance is given to teaching foreign languages as stated in the school's mission to raise international-minded, bilingual students. We lead our students to English, German and Spanish proficiency exams such as Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, FIT and DELE.

The main campus is located on a 33,000 square meter (8 acre) campus on the Asian side of Istanbul.

There are excellent facilities such as four libraries containing 136,000 volumes. There are Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Virtual Reality labs. All the classrooms are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. There is a fully equipped theatre hall, and one Astronomical Observatory that is equipped with a powerful telescope. There is a second Astronomical Observatory and a Planetarium at Kemerburgaz Campus.

There is also a wide variety of extracurricular activities in art, music, humanities, technology and drama. The current number of social clubs is over a hundred and they not only include traditional sports activities but also there are clubs for archery, golf, horse riding, fencing, folk dancing, modern dance and many more. These activities are carried out in a special sports and arts complex with a swimming pool, which also houses various arts studios and sports areas for handball, volleyball, athletics, basketball, golf, archery, ballet and folk-dancing.

Admission to Eyüboglu is offered on the basis of a school administered interview up to grade 3 and a written examination and interview for grade 3 and upwards. All students including Eyüboglu Middle School graduates are expected to meet the admission requirements to continue to Eyüboglu High School in accordance with Turkish Ministry of Education regulations. Admitted students to high school are among the top scorers of national entrance exam takers.
