Ibn Khuldoon National School (IKNS) is a non-profit, self-supporting coeducational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education for both local and expatriate students. The school offers a bilingual programme from Kindergarten to Grade 12, ensuring that students communicate effectively in both Arabic and English from an early age.

IKNS is an IB Continuum School authorized to offer all three International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes – the Diploma Programme (DP) since 1990, the Primary Years Programme (PYP) since 2020, and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) since 2022.

In Grades 11 and 12, IKNS also offers the American High School Diploma Programme as a parallel programme to the IBDP.

Graduates of IKNS pursue higher education at leading universities worldwide, including many prestigious institutions.

A diverse and experienced faculty, teaching in both Arabic and English, provides a rich and supportive learning environment, complemented by a dedicated administrative and support team.

At the governance level, the Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, and specialist committees volunteer their expertise, time, and effort to ensure the school's continuous growth and forward momentum.

IKNS received full accreditation from the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) in 1994 and remains in good standing. The school continues to be rated as an "Outstanding School" by Bahrain's Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA).
