Founded in 1960, ICS is the oldest international school in the Greater Zurich Area and today, one of its most forward-looking.

We are the only school in Zurich to offer the full IB continuum (PYP, MYP, DP), educating students from Nursery to Grade 12 in a dynamic environment that celebrates self-discovery, global perspective, and deep-rooted community. Our approach is grounded in kindness, integrity, and respect – values that are embedded in the everyday rhythms of school life.

Nestled in the landscape of Canton Zurich, our campus and surroundings serve as a living classroom. From our pioneering Waldkinder programme to outdoor learning experiences across all ages, ICS connects education with the real world in meaningful, hands-on ways.

Our faculty are not only teachers, they are mentors and collaborators who shape learning experiences through a programme designed to support every student's journey. With 800 students representing more than 55 nationalities, ICS is a vibrant, inclusive community that reflects the world and prepares students to shape it.

Applications are welcome year-round. Learn more or schedule a personal tour at www.icsz.ch/prospective-students/enquire.
