The International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) is a highly regarded non-profit, co-educational day school serving the international community of central Switzerland. Our 1250 students aged between 3 and 18 years old represent more than 50 nationalities. They benefit from a truly international education delivered by the International Baccalaureate (IB). As an IB World School, we offer the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes. In addition, students in Grades 11 and 12 have the option of taking Advanced Placement (AP) courses. ISZL operates a non-selective admissions policy.

Our campuses are easily reached from Zug, Zurich and Luzern and benefit from top of the range facilities including science and IT labs, a triple gym with a fitness suite and climbing wall, music rooms, Arts Factory and a well- equipped theatre. Students make full use of ISZL's outdoor learning centre in the mountains of Wengen.

Accredited by the prestigious and highly respected Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), ISZL demonstrates that its academic programmes are of the highest quality and our students excel in IB and AP exams. In 2017, students achieved a 95% pass rate in the rigorous IB Diploma Programme averaging 36 points (compared to a world average of 30) and 3.74 in the AP results (compared to the world average of 2.86).

The school motto "respect, motivate, achieve" is evident in all aspects of school life, from the thriving sports and arts programmes to the extensive language curriculum and the wealth of after school activities.
