The International Sharing School is a highly respected school on the lovely island of Madeira, Portugal. ISS Madeira is an IB Continuum School, offering the PYP, MYP and the DP programmes, teaching students aged 3 to 18, currently representing over 30 different nationalities in an international, multilingual and multicultural environment.
With over 40 years of experience in international education, International Sharing School is the only IB World School in Madeira offering the IB Continuum Programme.

International Sharing School offers a curriculum focused on personal and professional development, preparing students for an increasingly global, competitive, multicultural and multilingual world.
Students begin their school learning at 3 years of age in a bilingual environment, with educators who are English and Portuguese native speakers, so that by the age of 6 they enter PYP 1 with a sound bilingual foundation. The language of instruction throughout the school is English and we offer daily lessons of the host country's language, Portuguese, for all students. In addition, the academic curriculum includes the teaching of German, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Russian. Students, therefore, are able to move to upper secondary and university education, having had the opportunity to learn, with a great degree of fluency, at least 5 of the 7 languages we offer.
