The International Sharing School is a highly respected school on the lovely island of Madeira, Portugal. The school offers the PYP and the MYP programmes, teaching students aged 3 to 16, currently representing 23 different nationalities and with teachers from 8 different countries, in an international, multilingual and multicultural environment.
With 40 years of experience in international education, International Sharing School offers both the PYP and MYP, thus being the only IB World School in Madeira offering both programmes.

International Sharing School offers a curriculum focused on personal and professional development, preparing students for an increasingly global, competitive, multicultural and multilingual world.
Students begin their school learning at 3 years of age in a bilingual environment, with educators who are English and Portuguese native speakers, so that by the age of 6 they enter PYP 1 with a sound billingual foundation. The language of instruction throughout the school is English and we offer daily lessons of the host country's language, Portuguese, for all students. In addition, the academic curriculum includes the teaching of German, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Russian. Students, therefore, are able to move to upper secondary and university education, having had the opportunity to learn, with a great degree of fluency, at least 5 of the 7 languages we offer.
