Léman International School Chengdu (LIS) welcomes students from Pre-Nursery to Year 13 on its 50-acre campus. LIS is committed to delivering an exceptional academic experience that prepares students for success at the world's leading universities.

The Primary School combines the English National Curriculum for Maths, English, Computing, and PSHE with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), used in over 1,000 schools across 65 countries, ensuring a rigorous and globally minded education from the earliest years. The Secondary School follows the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (Years 7–11) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Years 12–13), fostering intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Students also have access to a wide range of languages, including Mandarin, French, Korean, and German, supporting both global competence and native language development.

LIS boasts world-class academic facilities, including fully equipped modern classrooms, science laboratories, art and music studios, IT labs, maker spaces, and a gymnasium, alongside a 25-meter indoor swimming pool and extensive outdoor sports facilities. These resources underpin a rich programme of academic, arts, and sports activities, nurturing well-rounded, high-achieving students.

The school's commitment to academic excellence is reflected in its outstanding IB Diploma results. In the 2024–2025 academic year, LIS graduates achieved an average score of 38 points, significantly above the global average of 30, with a 100% IB pass rate. Highlights include one perfect score of 45, three students scoring 43, and 46% of students achieving 40 points or above.

Such exceptional academic performance has opened doors to the world's top universities for LIS students. The Class of 2025 received offers from prestigious institutions such as Imperial College London, University College London, King's College London, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Toronto, KAIST, and ESCP Business School.

LIS is fully accredited by the International Baccalaureate (IB), Council of International Schools (CIS), New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), and Council of British International Schools (COBIS). As part of the global Nord Anglia Education family, LIS benefits from unique partnerships with world-class institutions, including The Juilliard School, MIT, IMG Academy, and UNICEF, as well as its innovative Global Campus platform, connecting over 95,000 students worldwide and providing exceptional professional development for staff.
