We offer an educational journey whereby students embrace their rights and responsibilities and have fun. We believe the journey will develop learners who are effective leaders, Peace Education endorsers, good communicators, diversity celebrators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, creative researchers, team players, academic achievers, knowledgeable individuals, and self-reflectors.

Facilities

LWIS-AiS is located in Fatka, Lebanon. It overlooks the beautiful bay of Jounieh in what is an entirely green landscaped and residential neighborhood. The school features well-equipped classrooms with technology for mainstream and individualized learning students, internet connectivity, art rooms, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as a library, science and computer labs, and a dance and drama area. The school consists of two campuses. The Upper Campus encompasses Grades 6 to 12 while the Lower Campus hosts Kindergarten through Grade 5.

Programs

LWIS-AiS has been accredited by NEASC since 2009. It offers the American High School Diploma in addition to the National Program. Furthermore, it became an authorized International Baccalaureate World School for the Diploma Programme in May 2019.

Teachers

LWIS-AiS teachers are highly qualified, experienced teachers.

The IB DP teachers have received IB authorized training.
