New World International School is located in Seeb, a thriving area of Muscat conveniently located by living quarters favoured by a growing international community. Our campus boasts modern facilities carefully designed to facilitate the holistic development of our students: two swimming pools, two laboratories, indoor and outdoor play areas, a well-resourced sports hall, an events hall with a large led screen, sound and lighting plus a robotics lab provide spaces to enable our inquiry-based pedagogy. We have whole areas devoted to children in kindergarten stage of development, where our youngest learners develop a strong sense of self and purpose. Our library and dining hall include areas for flexible and relaxed seating to create an informal atmosphere that invite discussion, these indoor and outdoor spaces accommodate all weather conditions.

We are authorised to deliver the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, with a wide range of subjects to meet the needs of a variety of linguistic profiles and passions. Our middle schoolers are assessed by Cambridge International, covering a broad and balanced curriculum, we are the only school in Muscat incorporating Spanish as a mandatory subject for all students up to Grade 8. Our primary students enjoy a model of pedagogy that combines a sturdy curriculum, the Cambridge International for Primary, with a skills-building framework to produce significant and real-life scenarios that truly engage students. Our schemes of work for the early years are designed to develop the routines and set the foundations for a well-paced learning journey in a nurturing environment.

As part of the SEK Education Group our students participate in a range of inter-school and international competitions, ranging from inter-school sport games to Model of United Nations (MUN), including robotics and literary events. Our educational technology, and our low ratios ensure our students experience a personalised learning pathway whilst they develop the traits of a global citizen.
