St. John's School At A Glance

Established over 30 years ago, St. John's Independent School is located in the heart of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. It is a non-denominational, co-educational, IB World School. Our graduates go on to attend Universities across the globe in North America, Europe and Asia.

St. John's is known first and foremost as a tight-knit community of teachers, students, staff and parents who work together to ensure everyone is healthy, safe and thriving. A St. John's education is shaped by small class sizes, individual attention and a culture of collaboration.

Our Students

St. John's students are challenged and encouraged by the rigour of the IB curriculum. Every member of the St. John’s community explores their talents, skills and interests so they can make a difference in the world in their own way.

Outside academics, St. John's aims to provide its students with a real-world grounding. Just like real-life St. John’s is co-educational. In the classroom, the gym, theatre and art studio, St. John's boys and girls use their individual and combined strengths to work and play together. Plus, being based in the heart of Vancouver means students are never far away from the city's cultural and civic delights.

Above all, St. John's students are interesting. They are artists, public speakers, chess players, basketball stars, designers and so much more. Whatever their passion, they can explore it at St. John's.

Our Mission & Values
