The Memory Project is a youth arts organisation that promotes intercultural understanding and kindness between children around the world.

Taking inspiration predominately from artists Clare Celeste Borsch and Kelly Stanford, Grade 7 students at Greenfield International School have been examining and analysing the beauty and brutality of the natural world.

Art students at Greenfield International School have joined the Memory Project, a charitable non-profit organisation that invites art teachers and their students to create and donate portraits to youth around the world who have faced adversity and challenges, such as neglect, abuse, loss of parents, violence, and extreme poverty.

Taking inspiration from Lena Mehrej’s work, Grade 6 students at Greenfield International School have been examining and analysing the beauty of comic strips in the Arab world, as part of their Interdisciplinary unit, combining Art and Arabic. Dr Mehrej, was raised in Lebanon. In recent years her work has been featured nationally and internationally in publications around the world.
